Day 1: Ideation

Through interactive sessions and group activities, you will explore your personal and team goals, identify your areas of expertise, and map out the challenges or problems you aim to address. Guided by facilitators, you will generate innovative project ideas and refine them using ideation techniques such as brainstorming and World café. This day will lay the foundation for the development of your projects.
Day 2: Consolidation
The second day focuses on consolidating your project ideas and developing a comprehensive plan.
