AfriConEU is proud to have been a part of the Annual EUGAIN Workshop, which was collocated with ACM’s womENcourage 2023 conference. This prestigious event was held under the theme “Computing Connecting Everyone,” emphasizing the importance of inclusivity in the world of technology. Magda Bakali, representing AfriConEU from Stimmuli for Social Change, presented our project’s invaluable contributions to gender inclusion and our unwavering support for women entrepreneurs.

Magda’s presentation at the Annual EUGAIN Workshop highlighted how AfriConEU, through the AfriConEU Networking Academy, actively supports women entrepreneurs, firmly believing that women have a crucial role to play in shaping the future of technology in Africa.
