ITC Cluster and AfriConEU, under the umbrella of the AfriConEU Networking Academy, will host an online masterclass on the 8th December, 10.00 – 12.00 CET about “Business strategy development”.

This masterclass aims to support DIHs in business strategy development through key success factors for their business strategy, developing their DIH’s value proposition through their services and customers’ needs and demand. They will identify their organization’s core competencies and develop their mission and vision, which will be the base for defining DIHs value propositions.

Your business development strategy can be key to the success or failure of your entity. In this masterclass, we’ll explore how to create a strategy and associated plan that can propel an individual, a practice, or an entire entity to new levels of growth and profitability.

Speaker

Eva Diedrichs is the founding managing director of IMP³rove—European Innovation Management Academy. Eva is a core member of Kearney’s innovation and research and development and previously served as a senior consultant at Kearney, helping international clients develop and implement growth strategies and transformation projects. She remains a core member of Kearney’s innovation and R&D management teams. She has supported the World Economic Forum in its “Fostering Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Europe” and “Collaborative Innovation—Transforming Business, Driving Growth” projects.
