AfriConEU will be present at the Final Conference of Africa Europe Innovation Partnership (AEIP), entitled “Building Sustainable Partnerships with Enrich in Africa & beyond,” which will occur virtually from 29th- 30th June 2021.

The event marks the official end of the AEIP pilot. It focuses on celebrating and disseminating information on the key achievements, lessons learnt across all activities and discussing ways to continue collaborating more sustainably. Outcomes of all the different project activities will demonstrate the benefits of African-European innovation collaboration and exemplify the added value of the AEIP in facilitating such a collaboration. The success stories are chosen also showcase how innovation collaboration can contribute to the UN SDGs.

Marta Coto, team member of AfriConEU, will present AfriConEU at the panel “Beyond AEIP: the new landscape of Africa-Europe Innovation Collaboration” taking place on 30th June, 15.30 – 16.15 CET. AfriConEU will also participate at the virtual exhibition booth of the event together with other initiatives and will have available slots for the audience to book 1:1 meetings.
